1.1 These Terms of Service (“Terms” or "ToS") govern access to and use of the website www.jalearninghub.co.uk and the services provided under the JA Learning Hub name.
1.2 JA Learning Hub is a trading division only and is not a separate legal entity.
1.3 All services are provided by JA Group Services Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales (Company Number: 16314179) (“the Company”, “JAGS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
2.1 These Terms operate subject to and in conjunction with the JA Group Services Ltd Universal Terms of Service(“UTOS”), which apply across the Company and all its trading divisions.

5.2 All course materials, assessments, systems, and content remain the exclusive intellectual property of the relevant third-party provider.
5.3 JA Group Services Ltd acts only as a facilitator, reseller, or access provider and does not control or operate third-party platforms.
5.4 Use of third-party platforms is subject to the provider’s own terms and conditions, which users are responsible for reviewing and complying with.
6.1 Users must be at least 18 years of age, or have valid parental or guardian consent.
6.2 Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
6.3 Access credentials are personal and must not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or resold.
6.4 Misuse, unauthorised sharing, or breach of these Terms or the UTOS may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
7.1 All services must be paid for in full and in advance.
7.2 Prices are stated in pounds sterling (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
7.3 The Company does not offer invoicing, credit facilities, deferred payment, or instalment arrangements.
7.4 Access to services will not be granted until payment has been successfully authorised and received.
7.5 Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.

All intellectual property rights of whatever nature, whether registered or unregistered, including without limitation all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, logos, brand identities, designs, databases, software, written materials, policies, training content, website content, goodwill, and all associated rights (together, “JA Intellectual Property”) are owned exclusively by JSDS Group Ltd.
JA Group Services Ltd, including its trading division JA Learning Hub, operates under licence and authority from JSDS Group Ltd for the use of JA Intellectual Property solely for the purposes of operating approved services.
No ownership, assignment, transfer, or proprietary interest in JA Intellectual Property is created, implied, or granted to JA Group Services Ltd.
Nothing in these Terms grants any user any right, title, or interest in JA Intellectual Property.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the website and services strictly for their intended purpose.
Users must not, without prior written consent from JSDS Group Ltd:

11.4 Complaints relating solely to third-party platforms must be raised directly with the relevant provider.
12.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.2 Subject to the above, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party-related losses.
12.3 Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service in the preceding twelve (12) months.
