JA Learning Hub operates within a controlled governance and operational framework, ensuring that learning services are delivered responsibly, transparently and in alignment with group standards.

The purpose of JA Learning Hub is to act as a customer-facing education and training service, providing access to online learning while managing the learner journey from enrolment through to course completion.

JA Learning Hub does not award qualifications, does not act as a regulated training provider, and does not independently issue certifications.

A Learning Hub is an Authorised Reseller of Highfield eLearning (Highfield Online Training).


Through this authorised reseller arrangement, JA Learning Hub is permitted to resell selected Highfield eLearning courses in accordance with agreed commercial, operational and branding conditions.

Highfield eLearning is responsible for course content, platform infrastructure and learning delivery. 


JA Learning Hub is responsible for customer engagement, enrolment administration and learner support.

The courses made available through JA Learning Hub are:

  1. non-regulated
  2. non-qualification
  3. knowledge-based and skills-focused
  4. delivered entirely online


These courses are intended for personal development, workplace awareness, and general learning purposes.

They do not lead to regulated qualifications and do not require formal assessment or external awarding body oversight.

Learner Journey and Support

All courses are delivered via the Highfield eLearning Learning Management System (LMS).


The LMS provides:

  • secure learner access
  • online course delivery
  • progress tracking
  • completion records


While the LMS is operated by Highfield eLearning, JA Learning Hub manages learner onboarding, access instructions and support related to the platform.

Nature of the Courses Offered

Learner Journey and Support

JA Learning Hub acts as the first and primary point of contact for all learners who enrol through the division.


This includes:

  • enrolment queries
  • access and login support
  • general learner assistance
  • customer service communications


Learners must not contact Highfield eLearning directly. 


All support requests should be raised with JA Learning Hub, which will liaise internally where required.

Complaints Handling

JA Learning Hub operates the Stage 1 complaints process for:

  • learners
  • customers
  • suppliers
  • contractors
  • affiliates and partners


Complaints are handled in accordance with group complaints procedures. 

Where a complaint cannot be resolved at Stage 1, it will be escalated internally through defined governance routes.


Direct escalation to the parent company is not permitted without referral.

JA Learning Hub operates as a service division of JA Group Services Ltd.


It operates alongside other divisions, including JA Domain Hub, under a shared operational and governance framework.


The division does not operate independently and does not have delegated authority beyond its approved service scope.

It does not:

  • enter into contracts in its own name
  • own assets independently

All services provided under the JA Learning Hub name are delivered by JA Group Services Ltd, which remains the responsible legal entity.
